As part of the commitment to safety, colleagues at GPG Mexico have implemented new innovative practices during the maintenance shutdown at the combined cycle plant Norte Durango.
As part of this strategy, on-site workshops were conducted, focusing on working at heights and the safe use of tools.
This initiative, developed in collaboration with partner companies, aims to enhance the safety culture and minimize risks in high-hazard tasks. Through interactive dynamics, participants shared experiences, analyzed best practices, and made joint commitments to optimize safety in plant maintenance.
Thanks to the leadership of the colleagues Flavio Sierra and Michel Yepes, these workshops have strengthened awareness and compliance with protocols within the work team.
