Organized by the Municipal DIF System of Agua Prieta (Sonora), the event brought together more than one thousand students for a day dedicated to mental health, addiction prevention, and motivation — an initiative carried out through the Naco Nogales Combined Cycle Plant and GPG Mexico
The main goal of the day was to support young people and inspire them to become agents of change by providing them with the tools to make positive decisions and build a purposeful future.
The activity was the result of a joint effort between the Municipal Government, the DIF System, and organizations such as the Municipal Youth Institute, the Women’s Institute, Public Safety, Cecosama, and Icatson. This collaboration demonstrated that working together with local institutions is key to developing initiatives that fit the community’s needs and promote collective well-being.
Our participation helped strengthen relationships with these local institutions and, in collaboration with citizens, build resilient and informed communities.
