The Naco Nogales Combined Cycle Power Plant now benefits from an Artificial Intelligence tool designed to streamline the search for actions in response to alarms. Following the digitalization of the alarm repository, the resulting database has been structured to train an intelligent search engine. This tool not only enables precise queries using Alarm codes and KKS (Power Plant Identification System), but also supports open-ended searches, facilitating access to critical information such as name, description, cause, associated protections, and consequences of each alarm.
This strengthens real-time decision-making and provides greater operational flexibility in the control room, helping teams anticipate and better understand system events.
This intuitive and user-friendly solution has been coordinated by the employees from the Transformation ADX and FactorIA units, and has been validated by the operations staff at Naco Nogales.
