On 12 and 19 September, the conference Energy in Action: skills and effective leadership for middle management took place.
This experience was designed to empower middle managers by equipping them with key tools such as positive thinking, stress management, adapting to change and leadership by influence.
Through practical activities, the use of LEGO and participatory dynamics, participants acquired skills intended to serve them in their day-to-day work.
These have days filled with learning, teamwork and new perspectives!
