During the last week of January, 20 employees at the Sobral I photovoltaic plant attended a talk given by psychologist Vanessa Oliveira, focusing on mental health care.
This activity is part of the annual “Enero Blanco” campaign, promoted each January by the Ministry of Health at a national level in schools, public institutions, and private companies. The campaign aims to foster a culture of mental health, emotional well-being among employees, and overall balance in family and community life, as well as raising awareness about necessary care in the workplace, schools, and homes.
Thanks to the shared commitment between the local government and GPG, this campaign has been actively supported, reinforcing the dedication to psychological well-being and the overall health of employees and their families.
