The project team hosted a second community drop-in session on 20 May 2025 at the Oberon Community Centre. The event was well attended, attracting a diverse group of participants. Although 20 people had formally registered, a total of 25 visitors attended the session. Attendees included one immediate neighbour, residents from Oberon and Bathurst, as well as one representative from the local council.

- Planning application process and current stage with tentative timeframe
- Traffic Impact Assessment
- Displayed LIDAR survey video of O’Connell Memorial Avenue and the Report
- Noise Impact assessment,
- Visual Impact assessment
- Biodiversity findings
- Proposed Community Benefit sharing
Specialists like planning Consultants, Traffic engineers, and ecologistswere present to answer all the questions from the attendees and provide information across key project areas.
The project team was available to greet attendees, discuss the Project layout, and respond to queries related to both the development and operation of the wind farm.
