Macquarie Capital (MacCap) received the Refinance of the Year award on 19 November at the IJGlobal Investor Awards 2025, for its advisory role in the financing completed by GPG Australia. This recognition highlights the relevance and complexity of the transactions we manage in Australia, as well as the excellence of our team’s execution.
The IJGlobal Investor Awards celebrate outstanding infrastructure and energy financing transactions worldwide, evaluating innovation, complexity, and execution capability. This year’s ceremony brought together leaders and experts from around the globe to honor the most notable transactions of the year.
The Refinance of the Year award recognizes the financing transaction in Australia advised by MacCap, in which GPG Australia played an active role, contributing technical and operational expertise. Although the award is presented to MacCap, it also underscores the level of excellence and professionalism of the GPG Australia team in this type of transaction.
