On October 28, colleagues from GPG Mexico gathered at the CCC La Caridad to hold a ceremony of appreciation and recognition for the team that has been part of the plant’s operations and maintenance over the past years.
We have been responsible for the O&M management of CCC La Caridad since 2013, and our collaboration came to an end this past October 1. Throughout this decade of work, we have successfully met the operational and safety goals we set, highlighting above all that no disabling accidents occurred during these 10 years.
This recognition aims to celebrate every person who has been part of this chapter in our history and the excellence of their work.
The event brought together Francisco Bustío, Víctor Durango, Fernando Ramos, Raúl Zubía, along with Omar Molina and Daniel Sandoval from Grupo México, as well as the former Proyectos Balmes México team.
The day included a meeting with the operational team, a tour of the facilities, and a shared meal with all staff, creating a warm and meaningful atmosphere in which the team’s commitment, professionalism, and collaborative work developed over more than a decade were highlighted.

During the ceremony, a special recognition was presented to the La Caridad personnel as a gesture of gratitude for their dedication, technical expertise, and contribution to the plant’s strong performance. This gesture symbolizes the value of the relationships built over the years and the positive impact generated through the collaboration between GPG Mexico, Proyectos Balmes México, and Grupo México.
This gathering marked a meaningful close to a stage of more than ten years of solid, coordinated work focused on operational excellence.
