Policies and Codes of Conduct
The commitments set out in the Statement of Principles and Policies (a document that replaces the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) are implemented through the Code of Ethics (last reviewed and approved in 2024), the Internal Audit Charter (last reviewed and approved in 2023), the Global Policies, and those topic-specific policies derived from them that require further development.
We are committed to ethics, integrity, and transparency
We adhere to a Code of Ethics that establishes standards of conduct for directors and employees with a specific code for suppliers.
In 2010 we signed a code, promoted by the Government of Spain and the Large Companies Forum, which sets out our tax obligations.
We have established commitments with our stakeholders aimed at creating value and ensuring an appropriate relationship with our environment.
We clearly define how the company must incorporate human rights into its corporate culture and business management.
We establish relationships in the political and institutional sphere in order to convey our position on different regulatory options and public policies.
We maintain ongoing dialogue with local communities in the countries where we operate to contribute to their development.
We apply the fundamental guidelines governing the Tax Strategy and the Tax Risk Control and Management Policy.
