GPG Mexico signs agreement with the Instituto de Estudios Superiores del Istmo de Tehuantepec (Institute of Higher Studies of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec)

Through this agreement, IESIT students will be able to carry out professional internships at the Nacanu Bií community centre, part of the wind farm facility, and it will also be possible to carry out joint projects such as oral health and comprehensive health care days.

Our colleagues Daniel Alberto Ibarra Amador, the wind farm director, and Enny Sánchez Antonio, Bií Hioxo’s community relations manager, signed the agreement on behalf of GPG Mexico. While the Institute Director, Benigno Casique Vásquez, and Álvaro Bernal Díaz, Deputy Administrative Director of IESIT, signed the agreement for IESIT.

GPG and IESIT have worked together on previous occasions, creating strong links between the private sector and academia to promote education and provide greater opportunities for children, adolescents and young people.
These agreements reaffirm our commitment to the community and to the benefit and development of the communities near our facilities.
