Soltec, the Spanish leader in the manufacture and supply of single-axis solar trackers, will supply its tracking equipment to two of our solar photovoltaic energy plants in the State of Minas Gerais in south-west Brazil.
Thanks to this project, we will supply 82.5 MW of solar trackers alongside Canadian Solar and EPC Biosar. A total of 2,768 SF7 single-axis trackers will be installed at the Guimarânia plant and 249,120 panels will be installed. This equipment will track the sun’s position to maximise solar energy capture over the course of each day.
This photovoltaic power plant is currently under construction and will enter operation at the end of December this year.
